Camp Dovewood is located on 260 beautiful acres of land in North Florida. We are 45 miles west of Gainesville, Florida with awesome nature and horse trails. Dovewood is near countless natural Springs and the Suwannee River. All the springs and river are amazing to swim, raft, fish, and encounter God’s beauty everywhere. Camp Dovewood also has a large swimming pool open in August, September and May.
We have an outdoor chapel, dining hall, gazebos for prayer , meetings, and worship. Our guests enjoy our large campfire area , hayrides, meals prepared in our kitchen or open for you to prepare your own meals.
Dovewood is a Christian camp offering a variety of facilities for your church to enjoy and experience the God’s grace and beauty. We offer cabins, tent areas for you to bring and set up your own tent, trail rides, individual or group riding instruction, river trips, tennis, volleyball, soccer, cabins of various sizes, a dining hall with a stage for speakers and a area for a Christian band with mics and speakers.
We can pack your lunch if you select a bus trip to one of the nearby Springs. We have rafts for rent if you decide to raft down the Ichtucknee River or enjoy horseback trail rides .

Meeting Rooms Description: Dovewood is on 260 acres of beautiful woodlands ,one mile from the Suwannee River and close to Little River Springs. We have miles of nature and horse trails, 27 horses, 8 cabins, chapel, dining hall, camp fire rings, nurse station, three riding rings, tennis courts, volleyball softball and soccer area as miles of riding trails. In the late spring our pool is open.

Accommodations Description: We have 8 cabins. Each cabin varies with bedrooms and bunk beds. Some of our cabins are heated and air-conditioned , some are not. We also have areas for tent camping, a nurse's station, dining room and stage, one large gazebo for meetings, one small gazebo for meetings, one medium size outdoor chapel, horseback trail rides available for groups, possible boat trips down the Suwannee River and bus trips to Troy Springs, Ichetucknee Springs, Little River Springs and Royal Springs.

Catering Service

Description: We can fix breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as prepare lunch to be taken on Spring trips for groups.

Description: 1. We have two large tennis courts for tennis or pickleball, basketball, GaGa Court 2. One large swimming pool 3. 27 horses for riding instruction or trail rides 4. rafts for rafts trips down the Ichetucknee River 5. Soccer Field 6. Volleyball 7.Archery area 8. Many nature trails, 9.
