Dynamic – BALLOON PEOPLE
OBJECTIVE: GROUP REFLECTION
MATERIAL: BALLOON AND PIN
The coordinator should inflate a balloon beforehand and explain to the participants why certain people, at certain moments in their lives, resemble balloons.
Some appear full of life, but inside they have nothing more than air.
Others seem to have their own opinions but are easily swayed by the gentlest breeze.
Finally, some live as if they were fully inflated balloons, ready to burst; it only takes someone provoking them with an offense for them to “pop” (at this moment, pop a balloon with a pin).
Ask everyone to share their thoughts on the lesson and how we can be different from these “balloon people.”
