OBJECTIVE: GROUP BEHAVIOR – PROCESS OF FELLOWSHIP AND UNITY – REALITY ANALYSIS.
🏆WHO WINS? THE GROUP THAT CROSSES THE ROOM FIRST WHILE FOLLOWING THE ESTABLISHED
RULES.

NOTE: Do not reveal the objective of the activity to participants.

The coordinator divides participants into 2 groups. One group waits outside or far away so they cannot watch the other group’s turn.

To begin, the active group lines up against the back wall. Everyone must remain in absolute silence, paying close attention to the instructions, and follow them exactly.

The order is: “As a group, you must reach the other side of the room as quickly and efficiently as possible.”

Before starting, place obstacles (tables, chairs, etc.) in the room.

Start the timer, count to 3, and say: “Go!”

Repeat the order several times. The coordinator will declare that the order was not fully completed and ask the group to restart. Continue until all members cross together, moving in unity, respecting each other’s pace, and including everyone in the crossing.

The activity is considered complete when the group approaches the ideal —arriving on the other side together.

Repeat with the second group and compare times. The group that succeeds fastest is the winner!
