Dynamic – THE PAPER DOLL
OBJECTIVE: GROUP UNITY, TEAMWORK, AND LEADERSHIP
MATERIAL: 2 SHEETS OF PAPER FOR EACH PARTICIPANT, MARKERS, TAPE, GLUE
AND SCISSORS
The leader asks each participant to draw, on one sheet of paper, a part of the human body—without letting the others know which part they are drawing.
After everyone is finished, they must try to assemble a paper doll using the pieces drawn. Naturally, this will not work well (there may be several eyes but no mouth, etc.).
Next, on another sheet of paper, they are asked again to draw the parts of the human body—this time working as a group. They must organize themselves, deciding who will draw each part.
After finishing, they assemble the doll together.
Once completed, each participant reflects and shares about the experience: What difficulties did they face? How was it different from the first attempt?
The leader then highlights the importance of teamwork, coordination, communication, and leadership.
