OBJECTIVE: SHARING FEELINGS
🏆WHO WINS? THERE ARE NO WINNERS IN THIS ACTIVITY.
MATERIAL: A BOX AND A MIRROR

Note: The environment should be quiet.

The coordinator prepares a box, like a cardboard one, and places a mirror at the bottom facing upwards. The box is placed on a table away from the group so that no one can see its contents.

Now, each participant should think of someone very important to them, someone whose attention they would like at all times, someone they truly love and who deserves all care.

Also, think about the reasons that make this person so loved. (Give some time.)

Now tell the participants that you know who the most important person is for each one!

Ask each participant, one at a time and in complete silence, to approach the box, look inside it, and then return.

After everyone has participated, ask them to reflect for one minute. Then allow sharing of personal feelings, reflections, and conclusions from each participant.

Show everyone that the most important person, first and foremost, is themselves! Talk about the importance of making good choices for oneself!

Explain that we need high self-esteem because we are important both to ourselves and to God!
