Dynamic – IT’S HARD WITHOUT YOU!
OBJECTIVE: TO SHOW THAT THE CHURCH NEEDS EVERYONE
MATERIAL: BALLOONS
Prepare plenty of inflated balloons in advance — ideally one for each participant.
Give the balloons to the group and ask them to keep playing, passing the balloons to one another without letting them fall to the ground.
Gradually, remove participants from the circle one by one, and notice how it becomes harder for those remaining to keep all the balloons in the air.
After the activity, encourage discussion and explain that when someone leaves their place of service in the church, it becomes more difficult for everyone else.
Highlight that each member is important and has a gift to exercise in the church!
